I see the start list is up for the womens Omloop-het-nieuwsblad and how great is it to see one of our own on the start list - no.167. www.cyclingnews.com/features/omloop-het-...ad-womens-start-list Best of luck on Saturday Michelle. I'm not sure about you but i'm hoping for crosswinds and hailstones.

Go Michelle 167! Race route here omloop.nieuwsblad.be/omloop/elite-women/roadbook/timetable.page Watch out for the last climb-the Molenberg-its a hard right hand turn (behind a hedge!), up a random farmers yard, and practically a standing start onto the cobbles with a 17% max gradient. Keep to the left hand side up the climb. No bother to you! We'll be cheering for you all the way-good luck.

Fantastic result for Michelle - 39th of 200 starters, and best of her team. And from what we've heard she would have done even better except for a crash in the last 30km. Obviously John Marron's route planning, including hedges, did the job (well maybe all that winter training helped too).
