As winter is well and truly here, some of you will be thinking about taking some spin classes.
We've had two people approach us with generous offers of a free trial for every member - Cycle Studio and Spin Zone. If you want to try one free class with either (or both), instructions are below, available on logging in.
If you try and enjoy* either one, please post in the thread with a recommendation.
*may be a misleading term when it comes to spin classes.
