Hi all

Tuesday 14/04
Usual rules and times apply. Meet 615pm yellow house. Will suit yellow, orange and red levels. More than likely will have 2-3 groups. I'll head out with yellows for next 3 weeks.
Please bring lights rain jackets food and everything you need to fix your own puncture etc.
Nobody will ever be left behind. We will regroup at the top of each hill etc. Please keep groups together and wait for everyone at the tops of each climb.
The weather looks excellent and a hot 17degrees promised.
Route suggestion will be the following
Lamb Doyles-up the Blue Light climb-Fox's-Devil's Elbow-Enniskerry-Powerscourt Waterfall climb-then onto Liam Horner and up the Featherbeds kom down to Dublin. Approx 55-60km with 1000-1200m of climbing. Probably back to yellow house at 830ish. Won't always be able to do a strava link but here is the route from last year

Sunday Mountains Group Week 1 19/04.
Meet at 9am Yellow House.
This group is aimed at anyone who is planning on doing the Marmotte, Etape, Raid, TKAS, or W200 veteran. It will be orange paced but we'll always wait at the tops of each climb and regroup and coffee stops are a must....

Planned route for Sunday for day 1 will be:
Dublin-Sally Gap-Laragh-Wicklow Gap-Turlough Hill(720m above sealevel)-Laragh for coffee-Glenmacnass-Sally Gap-Featherbeds-Dublin. Approx 120km from d8 area and should be 1800-2000m depending on where you come from in Dublin.
As weeks progress these spins will go further and bigger metres of ascent. Ideal for anyone who is dark yellow up to red and wants to improve their climbing and endurance abililty.

See you all over the week

Hi all
Weather looking fab and turlough hill at 750m above sea level is firmly on the horizon this Sunday and the best views in Leinster.
Meeting at 9 yellow house Sunday for orange spin.
See you on Sunday. Bring 2 bottles of water and food too. We will stop in laragh for food and coffee but it's a long day covering Sally gap twice and Wicklow gap/turlough hill combo so be prepared.
