Club Casual Clothes

Hi all
Are you basking in the Orwell Week glow and wished you looked as good as the crew in the photo attached?? Well wish no more...the Club Casual Gear Shop is open again by popular demand;)

A number of people have asked this week how to get their hands on the club gear. The shop is open again now. The link and password are:

ALL orders and payment are done online. There are 2 delivery options - collection from club rep or for a small fee you can have it posted to an address of your liking.

There is a full range of gear available:
Showerproof Jacket
Hoodie
Polo Shirt
Technical T-Shirt
Track Pants
Reversible Beanie (more of a skull cap for under your helmet)

You can buy items individually or in bundles which save you a few euros:) For size information click on the individual item NOT on the bundle.

Turn around time is approx 4 to 5 weeks. The shop will stay open until Sunday the 2nd of July and then the order will go through.

There is a minimum quantity of only 5 for each item - if we dont hit the minimum number money will be refunded to your card.

Just bumping this up in the threads!

Remember the shop will close this coming Sunday night so if you want to get some Orwell casual clothes get in before then.

The next order won't be going in until after the summer.

Time is running out....

If you want to order any club casual clothes (NOT cycling technical) then you have until this Monday morning - the 4th of July.

A final push on the club casual clothes...
At the moment we haven't hit the minimum numbers on a few of the items so giving another day or two for stragglers in the hope that we hit the quantities.

The order will be going in this week and there wont be another order happening until November so if you want to get a hoodie/jacket/polo/t-shirt/track pants this is your chance.

I think my favourite piece is the polo...

Great quality gear I love my sweat pants they are that fab cotton that gets better with every wash. Perfect warm up stuff when you get back from a ride or driving home. The Zipped pockets are really useful car keys , phones etc. The hoody does the same job warm and snug.
Tec T shirt is great on its own but I also use it as a base layer which it does brilliantly. Finally the wind sheeter is a class casual top over a T shirt with jeans , shower proof and perfect for three seasons in one day.
The range is perfect the only addition needed is rugby style or sweat pants shorts with deep pockets and Orwell branding, well you gotta save something for next year. :)

I'm starting to feel like a broken record but......

The casual order is closing tomorrow morning (Thursday). At the moment we are short a couple of items to make the minimums so if you are thinking of ordering get in now.

Track pants - need 2 more
Men's Polo shirt - need 3 more
Beanie - need 3 more
Men's jackets - need 1 more
Ladies jackets - need 2 more

The hoodies and technical t-shirts are ok.

If we don't get the extra orders by the time the window closes in the morning Shadow will do a refund to people who have ordered. I will email people to let you know if your order has been cancelled.

If you have ordered more than one thing part of your order may go through. Again I will let you know by email.

If you know of anyone who might have forgotten to order let them know that time is running out. The next ordering window won't be until October/November

Good news, the casual clothes order has gone through with no cancellations:)

Shadow tell us that they expect it to leave the factory on route to Ireland the week of the 8th August. We should expect delivery to us the following week - so around the week of the 15th.

We will let you know if there are any delays.

The latest club casual gear order will be shipping out to people this week.

Unfortunately, there was a slight mix up with the hoodie order. The factory made the hoodies as zipped ones instead of over the head ones. The zipped one has a full zip up the front. They are remaking the order and the correct hoodies will follow in about a weeks time. BUT - If you ordered a hoodie you now have a choice!! Shadow will be in touch with you via email to see if you would prefer a zipped or the over the head version. You can choose either, if you would prefer a zipped one then it will ship this week if you would prefer to wait for the over the head one it will follow in about a weeks time. Can you reply to their email and let them know your preference please?

Sorry about the delay, nice to have a choice though - the zipped ones are normally €10 more!
