Two Orwell Club members are among the riders included on the High Performance Squads announced today by Cycling Ireland.

Long time Paralympic squad member Enda Smyth will continue his odyssey in green in the CP4 category and will be available for this season’s world cup events and the world championships on both road and track.

Meanwhile Michelle Geoghegan will be hoping to impress the Irish selectors in her first full season of European road racing as a member of the Dutch based Moving Ladies team.

The Kerrywoman has been logging impressive mileage on the turbo trainer and out the road as she prepares for her first race with her new squad, the world famous Omloop Het Nieuwsblad (formerly Het Volk), on February 27th.
