Run along the same lines as the Orwell Ladies League and the (now defunct) Boot Inn, these are women-only handicapped races designed to bridge the gap between leisure riders and racers, making them suitable for women of all abilities. They are an ideal place to start for any women who want to try out road racing, or racers who want to sharpen up their training with a good mid-week session.

The Wicklow League consists of 6 rounds. The results of each rider's top 5 races count towards the overall total at the end of the league. This means each rider can afford to miss one race in the league.

The sign-on is at 7pm and the races start at 7.30 sharp. Race entry is €5. The race circuit is 3 miles of a flattish route (one drag on the main road). The races are between 15 and 20 miles long.

Route details can be found here.
