Easy Company (Beginner Group) & new intermediary group - Sunday Spins

We are now expecting the beginner group to step up their mileage now that
Christmas is well and truly over and we are now in the run up to the season.
With this in mind we are going to extend the rostering by experienced riders
until the end of April. The expectation is that this group needs to be aiming
to do 100km spins.

From Sunday 10th February only 1 experienced rider will be taking out the
beginner group and we will be selecting the stronger riders from the beginner
group who are up to speed with group riding to form a new intermediary group.

The aim of this intermediary group is for those who want to increase their
mileage/speed with the aim of participating in randonee type events like
Wicklow 100/200km. This will also be lead by 1 experienced rider.

Mountain Bike

Five club members met up recently in Stepaside for a few hours of off road stuff just
like the old days except for the fact that some of them had lost there bottle over
the years, all the same we had a great day out and a nice change of scenery.
