A suggestion to improve an already wonderfully well run website:

Went to check the location of the start of the randonee tomorrow, but the link to the map is to Bing maps which requires Microsoft Silverlight installed, which doesn't run on Linux, which is the OS I'm using. So no map for me.

Google maps works on any platform, so maybe a better choice in future?

Barry, you can get Moonlight which is an open source version of silverlight and designed for Linux based OS.

I'm running Ubuntu (Lucid Lynx) myself and agree that google maps is the easiest solution.

Good to know. Thanks for the feedback. I'll keep it in mind for the future. Google Maps it is. No need to use Microsoft unless absolutely necessary. Although as as Linux user, I'm no doubt preaching to the choir.

Being employed by Microsoft, I have a certain leaning towards Bing so hence the map type!
