Spin class

Just to let people know that there are very good spin classes available in TCD sports centre. I did my first one yesterday and was very impressed by the trainer and facilities. Class is the VO2 spin and cost 4.50e for members. Membership of the facility is about 450e plus 100e joining so that changes the class cost, but for anyone working in the city centre it is a very good facility.
