5 Week Training Programme was created by Bryan Johnston
On behalf of your Leisure Committee we are delighted to launch a weekly training program for you, (taking our isolating and solo spins advice into account).

Each week for the next 5 weeks we have developed with Professional Cycling Coaches Aidan and Michelle Hammond a progressive training programme for You!

This can be followed indoors, on a turbo trainer or an exercise bike.

Every Friday we will have a video tutorial and a written plan that is aimed to help your: endurance, strength, and speed If you follow this program you will see great improvements.

You can access these on your phone or computer.

But that’s not all!

We are also introducing *Tip of the Week* small video tutorials, on various aspects of cycling, and looking after your bike This week it’s all about taking your back wheel off and putting it back on!

With so much time on your hands …you can practice this at home with the help of Aidan and his tutorial.
We want to know how you get on, so please keep in touch and let us know how it’s going for you and send us some pictures.
If you have any questions about the Programme *please post on the Forum* here are you 3 videos, and a PDF instruction leaflet.

Stay safe,
Your Leisure Committee
