TrainerRoad - First month free for three people [Only one left]

I have three one TrainerRoad referrals available. The first three people person to ask me for them gets them.

TrainerRoad is an online indoor training and coaching app. You can choose individual workouts or you can choose a multi-week program of workouts. No nice moving images of roads or other cyclists to distract you from the pain, just workout instructions and numbers. In my opinion this is the best app for training. Zwift has workouts too, but TrainerRoad is much more focused on training rather than socialising. If you want images to distract you it is possible to run TrainerRoad and Zwift at the same time, with TrainerRoad controlling the workout. And/or Rouvy too if you want to.

TrainerRoad has recently introduced the concept of "adaptive training" where the app suggests targeted workouts and adjusts difficulty based on your recent performance and recent training sessions. I've found it very motivating and very productive on just 3 and a half hours per week.

What you get:

• A month's free TrainerRoad subscription, normally $19.95/month. At the end of your free month you decide if you want to continue a paid subscription or not.

What you need:

• An indoor static trainer with power measurement on the trainer or on the bike. Preferably a 'smart' indoor trainer that allows the app to control the resistance.
• A phone or a laptop to run the TrainerRoad app.
• A desire to go faster and/or further on the bike.
