Hi John,

I am a bit late to the party myself. I filled a form and sent it on. I would love to get out on a training group if possible.

regards,

Michael

Hi I wanted to ask if any of late submissions were considered, I'd love to join, but submited last week only as I missed that topic. I'm not the only one as per above comments...

This info exists in other threads - but repeating here as it can be hard to find.
The process for Wahoo users is VERY simple.
The process for Garmin users takes a little bit of setup - and after that it is VERY simple.

When you have a link to the route for a Saturday

If you use an iPhone

Click on the link and the route will load in the RWGPS on your phone

Click on the Save button at the bottom of the screen

Click on Save to Pinned

Pinned Routes will automatically sync to a Wahoo the next time you turn it on
Pinned Routes will sync to a Garmin if you have RWGPS ConnectIQ installed on your Garmin
(ConnectIQ instructions are here ridewithgps.com/help/iq/ )

Note that the option Download for Offline downloads the route to your phone (not your bike computer).  This maybe useful for emergency purposes - but navigating from a phone is battery intensive and not recommended.

Note that the to download the route to your PC/Mac you use the More button and select Export as File.  This is required for older devices where you have to load a gpx or tcx file onto your bike computer using a physical cable

Thanks Joe, 2 qq though:
#1 There don't seem to be any more routes planned under events, so not sure where do we find links...?
#2 if we have routes do we just show up for the training tomorrow?
