FYI for anyone holding an open racing licence. The Cycling Ireland Technical Working Group has published some changes to the grading and points system for 2023.

Some key points:
- Points for mid-week races above 50km are being reduced
- Anyone who has held an A4 licence for a year or more can apply for an upgrade to A3 (which will open up the door to more stage races etc.)
- Big changes in Junior grading, with the threshold for upgrades reduced.
