Leaving the yellow house on Sunday at 8am

The plan is to go a simple route. Up Cruagh, featherbeds, Sally Gap, Glenmacnass and coffee in Laragh. Head back to Dublin the same way. An out and back route.

Hi won't be out on Sunday. For anyone leaving the yellow house at 8am. See below a suggested route

Head up by Ballinascourney onto the featherbeds, over the Sally Gap by Glenmacnass for coffee in Laragh. Back via Lough Dan, Djouce, Liam Horner and the featherbeds.

With the Club winter spins starting again on October the 3th this Sunday will the last Sunday mountains spin of the year. All going to plan Sunday Mountains will start back up again in March 2022.

I plan on posting an alternative fast orange routes over the winter going from Dundrum leaving at the same time and from the same location as the normal club spins. The route will be an alternative to the currently rostered spin. The routes will probably a bit longer than the routes currently on the winter spins plans particularly over October or November.

Peadar, thanks for all the time and administration effort you have put into to organising. Throughout COVID this has been a great outlet for the mountain goats (old and new) and it’s benefits have gone beyond cycling fitness. Roll on 2022 when all the fun/suffering starts again
