When you sign up for the spin on RWGPS there is a direct link to the route in the event.

There is also a direct link to the route in the leader roster linked from the Orwell Wheelers homepage.

The short description I post in the forum is intended to help people decide if a particular spin is of interest.

Got it, the issue was I always starting with route library instead of events and it is a bit confusing if you try to find it there. Thx.

Sunday's Red spin will leave from the Phoenix Park at 9am. Route below:
www.strava.com/routes/2891276659652490112

Starting this week and if everyone is amenable, we'll do some fast up-and-over work near the end of the spin. The goal of this exercise is to give people a chance to get back into the swing of riding smoothly in a group before the season starts. It's not meant to be a hammer session. With that in mind, remember to knock off the pace once you've pulled through to the left on the front in order to let the rider coming through on your right ride through. If you keep hammering it after you pull through, you'll risk them being unable to come around you and the group will fall apart. If it does come apart, we'll call a halt.

David,
I normally head to Castletown House, they had food van in yard but assume indoor cafe now reopen. Alternative is Orchard garden centre on the Dublin road.
There's bound to be something on main street but it's a busy street with little space.

Route for Red, starting at 9am from Dundrum:
www.strava.com/routes/2922439163322881266

I've been sick the past couple of days but hopeful that I'll make it in the morning.

Like last week, we'll try do some up and over work in the latter half of the spin. Try to avoid any surging, i.e. suddenly upping the pace. This is best achieved by not letting a gap between you and the rider in front of you open up ,because you won't have to accelerate to try close it. Also, remember to knock off the pace once you've pulled through to the left on the front in order to let the rider coming through on your right ride through. This too will prevent surging.

Finally, if you do find yourself out the back, recover and keep riding. We will regroup and wait for anyone who dropped off.

I can go in but there are no routes listed.
