Orange Winter Spins 2022/23

I think Dick's post regarding red spins also has some relevance to orange.
The average speed of an orange spin should be between 24 and 26kph, and at this time of year we should be doing easy spins, gradually building up to the new year.
Occasionally there is a tendency to push the pace, especially on the flatter spins.
