Leinster Under-Age Coaching Day
Arklow May 9 th 10:30am

South East Road Club in conjunction with the Leinster Youth Academy will be holding a coaching day for underage riders on Saturday May 9 th in Arklow. The event will take place in the Coral Sports Centre, Seaview Avenue, Ferrybank, Arklow, Co. Wicklow.

The itinerary for the day will be as follows:
9:30 Opening of sign-on
10:30 Event will start with some coaching talks
11:20 Training cycle on the road.
12:20 Lunch followed by skills sessions.
16:00 Event finish

This event is open to under age riders between 10 and 16 years old. Only people with roadworthy road bikes and a Cycling Ireland membership will be able to take part in the training cycle. Helmet and gloves are mandatory for all events. This event is designed to cater for riders of all abilities so this is a good opportunity for beginners to learn more about the sport.
