Olga is one of our Under 14 riders (but has only just turned 12) and yesterday she completed a 100km Solo Cycle over the Wicklow and Sally Gaps to raise money for Alone and specifically to help those struggling with the current Covid-19 Crisis.

Olga rode the whole way solo and was supported by her parents in the car. Well done to Olga for coming up with the idea and then seeing it through - it was a cold and windy day on the Gaps yesterday but no problem to this determined 12 year old!

10 year old Roisin Twomey has decided she wants to do something for the DSPCA, a charity close to her heart, after she read of them suffering lack of funding during lockdown.

So she has set herself a fundraising challenge of riding 111km over the course of the 11 days leading up to her 11th birthday and all within the 2km limit.

If anyone feels inclined and able to contribute, her fundraising page is here: HERE
