Geoghegan on form in Limerick

Michelle Geoghegan finished a fine second in the first round of the Zoo Hair Salon Women's National League at the Cycling Pursuits event in Broadford, Co. Limerick on Sunday.
The 50km race was run in snow and hailstones and Geoghegan went clear with race winner Jennifer O'Reilly early on the first of three laps, the duo staying clear to the flag on a day when the elements split the field into several groups on the road.
