O'Keefe and McAvinchey find their sprinting legs

Ian O'Keefe and Ivan McAvinchey were Orwell's top points scorers in the Inter-Club League DMS races at Brittas on Thursday 23rd.
O'Keefe sprinted in just behind UCD's Ciaran O'Conluain in the Semi-Limit race over two laps of the Lakes circuit while McAvinchey headed a four man phalanx of Orwell riders including Barry Browne, Aidan Collins and Dick O'Brien which failed to overhaul Fiachra Rowan (UCD) in the Limit race.
In race one for Scratch and Semi-Scratch riders, Shane Baker headed an Usher IRC break of three which just held off a charging field.
