Bike preparation

I was marshaling the randonee last Saturday,I helped a few people with punctures and i noticed a few people who didn't have a spare tube with them,or if they had it was not in great condition, it is very important as we are getting into the busy part of the cycling season that we all check that you have spare tube's and more importantly we get our bikes serviced ,making sure that your tyres are in good condition so you are not left stranded in the middle of nowhere on a spin
