Orwell Summer Daytime BBQ was created by Ann Horan
We will be having our summer BBQ on Saturday July 23rd. It promises to be a great day with entertainment for all the family. The BBQ will kick off at 2pm. Tickets will go on sale online next week.
It will cost €7.50 per adult and €15.00 per family.

I hope everyone is looking forward to the Orwell summer barbeque on Sat July 23rd. If you haven't already purchased a ticket please do so as soon as possible. You cannot purchase any tickets after Tuesday 19th July as the numbers attending need to be given to the caterer in advance.
As the caterer will not be providing desserts it would be super if any club members with a talent for baking could bring along some tasty treats for after : )

We're getting more and more people on board who are re-arranging their weekends to come along - its guaranteed to be a great event, we just need to know the numbers for the caterer because its to be a decent feed!

I accidentally ordered 2 family tickets even though I have only one family, because I'm an innumerate idiot.
Is a refund possible, or does someone else want my second ticket?

I think John Latham was actually refunded for his second family.
The simplest thing is for you to pay on the day. You can give €15 to either myself or club treasurer Mark Mulcahy.
I will add on the extra numbers now.
