Lynch Opens His Account in Newbridge
With the new contingent of Orwell A4s hogging the headlines with a series of eye catching performances in recent weeks it was up to Club President Eddie Lynch to remind all of the skills and ability of the club’s more experienced crew in Kildare on Sunday.
Lynch showed the value of a strong pre-season training programme as he sprinted in for fifth in the A3 race at the Newbridge Grand Prix having maintained a prominent position on the last of four ascents of Boston Hill before unleashing his trademark kick on the run to the Curragh finish line.
