In the Combined Race on the Lakeside Wheelers promotion, Eddie Lynch produced another trademark sprint to finish third in a bunch gallop, afterwards ruing a mistimed final jump but otherwise delighted with another strong result in a vintage season for the star vet.
Meanwhile, Brian McNamara and John Dillon both recorded second place finishes in Race One and Race Two of the 80km IVCA DMS event at Summerhill.
