FREE ONLINE STRETCH AND RELAX

Hi all
On Monday 23rd March at 10:30am I am running a free online stretch and relax class for senior citizens. (And everyone!)

I’m sure like myself , if you have older family members you might be worried about them. It’s not just the virus, fear and anxiety lower your immune system and loneliness is probably the biggest issue for all of us.

While we can get out for cycles, long walks and hopefully can amuse ourselves legally we have to be aware of others at this time.

My class is via my Facebook business page. It will be live but I will record it too and have on YouTube. If you can help them to get connect before Monday that would be great.

I will do regular senior specific classes, this one will get the ball rolling . It’s suitable for all and might be a nice “break” for you too.

You can make it a family event too!!

Sorry I know it’s not technically cycling related as such but it is mental health , wellness and my only way to contribute to society at this time!

Last week I had over 400 seniors participating in my FREE LIVE ONLINE CLASS.

Cocooning is not fun for our seniors. Let me distract and entertain them for an hour- they seemed to enjoy it so please spread the word.

Tonight while teaching Boxercise I partially ruptured my Achilles.

I am in tallaght - possible surgery!

Oh well/ please note my free senior citizens class will postponed for this week .

Please pass the message on to your parents as I know a lot of you had them onboard.

Hi Gerry - thanks so much but it was a full rupture of Achilles’ tendon- had surgery yesterday and home now .

Thankfully the hospital was empty so I got VIP treatment-

Oh well!! On the plus side it’s not interfering with my cycling and hectic social life!!

That's tough sinead. Keep the chin up and hopefully it won't be too long before your back in the saddle.

Fully seated, suitable for all.

We will be doing mobility and flexibility. Massaging our neck and shoulders. Learning breathing techniques and have some fun!
